1. Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which quickcredix processes refunds and cancellations for various financial services offered through our platform. quickcredix is committed to fair and transparent practices in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws and RBI guidelines.
Please read this policy carefully before availing any paid services from quickcredix. By purchasing or subscribing to any quickcredix service, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
2. Loan Application Fees
2.1 Non-Refundable Items
The following fees collected by quickcredix or its lending partners are generally non-refundable:
- Processing Fee: Once a loan application is submitted and credit assessment begins, the processing fee is non-refundable, regardless of approval or rejection outcome.
- KYC/Verification Fees: Charges for identity and background verification are non-refundable once the verification process has commenced.
- Legal/Documentation Charges: For secured loan products, documentation and legal fees are non-refundable once documents are executed.
- Stamp Duty & Government Charges: These are statutory payments made to government authorities and cannot be refunded by quickcredix.
2.2 Refundable Scenarios for Loan Applications
A full or partial refund of the processing fee may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the applicant (technical error)
- quickcredix or lending partner fails to process the application within the committed timeframe without justification
- Loan cancelled by quickcredix or lender before any disbursement due to systemic error
- Overcharging beyond the amount disclosed in the loan sanction letter
3. Loan Consultation Services
3.1 Paid Consultation Packages
quickcredix offers paid loan consultation and financial advisory packages. The following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellation before first session: Full refund within 7 business days, minus payment gateway charges (typically 2β3%)
- Cancellation after first session: 50% refund of remaining unused sessions, processed within 10 business days
- Cancellation after 50% sessions used: No refund applicable. Credit may be offered for future services at quickcredix's discretion
- Cancellation due to quickcredix error: Full refund including gateway charges
3.2 Free Consultations
quickcredix's initial consultation sessions are provided free of charge and are not subject to refund policies. These may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours' notice.
4. Financial Planning Support Services
For quickcredix's comprehensive Financial Planning Support subscriptions:
- Monthly plans: Cancellation within 3 days of purchase β full refund. After 3 days β no refund for that billing month, plan remains active until month end
- Quarterly plans: Cancellation within 7 days β full refund for unused months. After 7 days β pro-rated refund for fully unused months only
- Annual plans: Cancellation within 15 days β full refund. After 15 days β pro-rated refund for complete unused months, with a 10% early cancellation charge
5. Credit Assistance Services
For Credit Assistance programs offered by quickcredix:
- Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, before any credit bureau reports are accessed
- 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days but after initial credit report access
- No refund after 30 days or once a credit improvement plan has been formally delivered
- If quickcredix fails to deliver the promised credit improvement analysis within the agreed timeline, a full refund will be issued
6. Loan Prepayment & Foreclosure
For loans disbursed through quickcredix's lending partners:
- Prepayment terms are governed by the individual loan agreement with the respective NBFC or bank
- quickcredix facilitates the prepayment request but cannot guarantee waiver of foreclosure charges by the lender
- Floating-rate home loans: No prepayment charges as per RBI regulations
- Fixed-rate loans: Prepayment charges may be applicable β disclosed at the time of loan sanction
7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancel any quickcredix service:
- Email: Send a written request to refunds@quickcredix.shop with your registered mobile number, service details, payment reference, and reason for cancellation
- Phone: Call +91 99999 99999 during business hours (MondayβSaturday, 9 AM β 7 PM)
- In Writing: Submit a signed written request to quickcredix Financial Services
quickcredix will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days and communicate a decision within 7β10 business days.
8. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved by quickcredix:
- Credit/Debit Card payments: 5β10 business days (depending on bank)
- Net Banking / UPI: 3β5 business days
- NEFT / Bank Transfer: 3β7 business days
- Wallet payments: 2β5 business days
quickcredix will send a confirmation email to your registered email address once the refund has been initiated. Refunds are credited to the original payment method only.
9. Disputes & Escalations
If you are dissatisfied with quickcredix's refund decision:
- Escalate to our Grievance Officer at grievance@quickcredix.shop
- Your complaint will be reviewed by a senior team within 7 days
- If unresolved, you may approach the Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
10. Policy Amendments
quickcredix reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Customers will be notified of material changes via email or website notice.
